Nobody does a party like P.Diddy. This past weekend P.Diddy hosted his annual white party in the Hamptons making the Playstation 2 Mansion one of the hottest places to be this fourth of July. With guest such as Lennox Lewis, Jay-Z (who held his own party at the Mansion the day before), LL Cool J, Rev. Al Sharpton and Russell Simmons the event became P.Diddy’s chance to announce his new organization “Citizen Change”.
The new organization’s goal will focus on recruiting young voters for the 2004 presidential election. I want young people to know that your vote can change your life,” P. Diddy said. “I am asking young Americans to hold their vote hostage and force the candidates to address our issues. “There are only a few people in America who have the energy and enthusiasm to get young people to step up to the plate and get excited and passionate about this election, and I am one of them. The revolution has begun.” The party was shut down early but later moved to the Star Room where Ashanti, Irv Gotti and Tyson Beckford joined in on the fun.
