Even though his name says 50 Cent, New York Post photographer James Alcorn believes he can pay him a lot more. New York Post photographer James Alcorn is suing 50 Cent for $21 million claimimg he received “serious injuries” after 50 Cent’s bodyguards roughed him up on August 27th as he took pictures of 50 leaving Jacob the Jeweler’s.

According to MTV, the lawsuit was filed in Queens County Supreme Court against 50 Cent also known as Curtis Jackson, Interscope, Aftermath and Shady Records and seven unnamed bodyguards that were with 50 at the time of the incident. Although no criminal charges have been filed against 50 Cent or his bodyguards, Alcorn is suing for assault and battery, negligence, loss of service and punitive damages.

In a statement to the media Alcorn said, “”No photographer should have what happened to me, happen to them”. In other unrelated 50 Cent news, G-Unit’s album “Beg for Mercy” will be dropping on November 18th.
