After making the big switch to the Vice President’s chair at Arista Records, Jermaine Dupri decided to leave his own rap career alone while he introduced new hip-hop artist to the scene. Now he seems to be refocusing his energy in the studio working on his new album “Green Light”.
Staying true to the previous formula he used on 2001’s “Instructions”, JD will have guest appeareances from such big hip-hop artists as Jay-Z and Nelly. “The definition of Green Light is just go, you know what I mean? I’m not stoppin’ for nobody,” Jermaine Dupri told MTV. “I’m going extremely hard on this record”. The album is slated to hit stores in February or March of next year. But if you are into video games you may get a surprise when you play NBA Live 2004.
Jermaine is an add character on the game. Although he isn’t as tall as the average basketball player but he does posses on special trait. “Speed,” Dupri said. “I’m fast on there.”
