Beanie Sigel appeared in Folcroft District Court yesterday, facing gun and drug charges following an arrest last month on Interstate 95 in Tinicum, Pennsylvania.

Prosecutors requested a continuance in the proceedings against him so that lab results on the alleged drugs found on him would be ready. Bail was originally set at $300,000 and was changed to unsecured. According to Philly.com, this allows the rapper to be transferred from Delaware County prison to begin his two-year sentence for tax evasion. He had been held on a federal detainer, and was scheduled to report yesterday.

Sigel’s preliminary hearing has been continued until November 14th at 9:30 a.m.
