Future’s Pluto Debut Scores A Top 10 On The Charts
Twenty-two year-old Future had an impressive first week with Pluto. The Epic/A1 Records release sold over 40,000 units to land a #8 debut. The first studio project from the cousin of Organized Noize co-founder Rico Wade features Drake, T.I. and Snoop Dogg. In addition to Organized, production comes courtesy of Juicy J, DJ Pharris and Mike Will. The commercial success comes after mixed reviews, including a 2 out of 5 on HipHopDX.
Snoop Dogg’s 4/20 Stoner’s EP Burns On The Charts
Another project getting some negative reviews is Snoop Dogg’s Stoner’s EP. The first EP in the emcee’s 19-year career of releasing solo material, the 10-song project also features entire works by Snoop affiliates Tha Dogg Pound and Hustle Boyz. Included on the Gangsta Gangsta Online Distribution project is Snoop’s popular online single, “Stoners Anthem” 
. Selling approximately 2,500 online units in its first week, the project comes six months after Snoop’s collaborative project with Wiz Khalifa, Mac + Devin Go To High School soundtrack.
