It looks like Canibus’ obsession with battling goes beyond the cipher. Canibus has joined the Army. He recently graduated from Ft. Knox Tennessee’s U.S. Military Academy and is officially a cavalry/scout reconnaissance specialist in the U.S. Army.
For those of you who caught his third album, “C! True Hollywood Stories,” this should come as no surprise. Bis actually made a song called “Draft Me,” a plea to grant him the right to fight for his country.
Canibus also has a new album coming out this summer. Viewed to be a make it or beak it release, “Rip The Jacker Meets The Enemy of Mankind,” will be produced entirely by Stoupe (the Enemy of Mankind) of Jedi Mind Tricks. The album drops 7-22-03 on Babygrande.
