Foxy Brown’s legal problems have been long-documented, but troubles with the law run in the family. Her brother, Gavin (Pretty Boy) Marchand, was charged with felony identity theft yesterday after using fake credit cards on a birthday shopping spree.

Marchand, who was part of Foxy’s group Fox 5, faces two-and-a-half to five years in prison when he’s sentenced on September 28th.

Foxy was recently cut loose from charges stemming from violating an order of protection where she allegedly mooned her neighbor.

According to the Washington Post, the 36-year-old pleaded guilty last month to identity theft for an incident that took place in August 2010. The plea also resolved charges that he used fake credit cards to spend thousands of dollars at a Manhattan club.
