After having shows banned all across the country, Uncle Luke also known as Luther Campbell is possibly in hot water with the police again. During a show at the End Zone club in Charleston, South Carolina last October a female audience member came on stage with female strippers, took off all her clothes and performed a sexual act with a beer bottle.
The 23 year old woman went to the police and filed a report saying she was against what happened on stage. The police department has now charged her with filing a false report after viewing the videotape of the act. The Dorchester County police department has now issued a warrant for his arrest and are charging him with promoting obscenities. If Uncle Luke does not turn himself in it is very possible he could be extradited to South Carolina to answer the charges against him.
Walter Bailey of the Dorchester County Solicitor told the media, “That might go over in South Beach or wherever he’s from, but it’s not going to fly in Dorchester County. He’ll be banished from South Carolina. He can run around the other 49[states] if he’d like, but not here”.
