Big Daddy Kane, M.O.P. Added To 2011 A3C Festival

    Today, Atlanta, Georgia’s A3C Festival announced part of its 2011 lineup. The seventh annual October festival will include Philadelphia, Pennsylvania emcee Freeway, Duck Down Records trio Random Axe (Sean Price, Black Milk and Guilty Simpson), Ras Kass and J-Live, among its many performers.

    Also included in today’s announcement was legendary Bronx, New York freestyle emcee Percee P and Warner Brothers/Asylum Records artist Laws.

    The seventh annual A3C Festival will take place October 6-8 at Masquerade.

    UPDATE: Additional performers have been announced for the festival. Recently announced artists include Elzhi, Murs, Ski Beatz, XV, Jon Connor, Young Scolla, tabi Bonney, Chase N Cashe, Rockie Fresh, Shawyn Chrystopher, Rittz, SL Jones, Moe Green, KD, LE$, Ethereal, Willie Evans Jr., P Dukes, Nice Guise, Soul Khan, Jarren Benton and Chancellor Warhol.

    9th Wonder will showcase his JAMLA Records roster, with appearances from Skyzoo, Rapsody, Thee Tom Hardy, Big Remo and Actual Proof.

    Artists from the first round of announcements include Percee P, Laws, Aleon Craft, Boog Brown, Ultra Beast, Dillon, Paten Locke, Dee-1, Big Rec, Dann! and Goines.

    UPDATE #2: A new batch of performers has been added to the upcoming festival.

    Recently added acts include: Jean Grae, Big K.R.I.T., Rapper Big Pooh, Smoke DZA, Homeboy Sandman, REKS, Termanology, Action Bronson, Nottz, Diamond D, GLC, Trademark da Skydiver, Marz Lovejoy, Bronze Nazareth, Saigon, Chris Webby, El Da Sensei and DJ Puerto-Roc, One Be Lo (of Binary Star), J. NiCs, Gods’Illa, Backbone, Moke and Tone, Lyric Jones, The Away Team, The Regiment, Bodega Brovas, Raven Sorvino, and Second Sight Crew.

    UPDATE #3: More acts have been announced to the upcoming A3C Festival. Additions include: Dead Prez, Ying Yang Twins, Da Beatminerz, Fashawn, Torae, Varsity Squad, Stanza, Grip Plyaz, Killa Kyleon, Voli, RayDawn, Reef The Lost Cauze, Statik Selektah, Sha Stimuli, A.Dd+ and Clan Destined.

    UPDATE #4: Legendary emcee Big Daddy Kane and M.O.P. have been added to this year’s A3C showcase. Both Brooklyn, New York acts will perform on Saturday October 8, through the Red Bull Music Academy event and AllHipHop.com event, respectively.
