The-Dream has announced his upcoming fourth solo album The Love, IV (Diary of a Mad Man), due on his birthday, September 20th. The LP’s first single will be “T.T.S” featuring R. Kelly, which is set to be released in the upcoming weeks. 

The singer-songwriter previously told MTV News that he was looking to enlist a star-studded cast for the album. He mentioned that he wanted to get guest features from Lil Wayne, Dr. Dre, Kanye West, Jay-Z, Drake and Mary J. Blige.

Most recently, The-Dream penned two songs on Beyonce’s upcoming album 4 including the lead single “Run the World (Girls)” and “1+1.”

UPDATE: The-Dream has revealed that his new album, Love IV MMXII, will release on August 14, 2012. The singer-songwriter broke the news via Twitter, stating that he doesn’t care about sales as long as listeners enjoy the record.
