It’s that time again. The 2003 Soul Train Music Awards are back around again and hip-hop artists are well represented. Artists such as Nelly, Nappy Roots, 50 Cent and many others have received nominations for their contributions to music last year. This year LL Cool J will receive the Quincy Jones Award for Outstanding Achievements and Nelly will receive The Sammy Davis Jr. Award for Outstanding Entertainer of the Year. The awards show will be broadcast live on March 1st from the Pasadena Civic Center. Queen Latifah and Arsenio Hall will host the show.
