For all those fans who are into supporting the positive things that hip-hop music as a whole are trying to do, this information is for you. Russell Simmons and Dr. Benjamin Chavis (former president of the NAACP) will be joining forces with The First National Urban Hip-Hop Music Festival to cross promote both groups events.
The first cross-promotional even will begin on April 11-13th during the Music Festival. The first event on April 11th will be Morehouse College followed by the remaining events April 12-13 at Turner Field House in Atlanta, Georgia. Under the support of Shirley Franklin, the mayor of Atlanta, the patrons of this two day event, will witness live musical performances, exhibits, a car show and many other state of the art events.
