In one of the lawsuits filed against Bad Boy CEO Sean Combs also known as P.Diddy, a judge has more or less ruled in his favor. After his lawyer reportedly failed to respond to the lawsuit filed by Cedrick Bobby Lemon, Judge William Z. Wood awarded Mr. Lemon $2.45 million damages.
Cedrick Lemon filed a lawsuit against P.Diddy after he alleges to have been beaten up by two bodyguards at a 1995 Mary J. Blige concert in North Carolina. At the time P. Diddy was managing Mary J. Blige’s career. According to the AP, the judge has reduced the settlement amount from $2.45 million to $450,000 citing “a more detailed finding of fact and law to consider such things as defendant’s net worth and prior conduct.”

In and article done by Fortune magazine, P.Diddy is said to be worth $231 million dollars. A spokesperson for P. Diddy said, “We prevailed and have overturned the $2 million award,” Moar said. “As Mr. Combs had nothing to do with this, we will be taking steps to have the remaining judgment dismissed.”
