“In mid February [of 2010], plaintiffs called Cortez Bryant directly and asked him about Drake’s booking for March in Austin, Texas,” states the lawsuit. “Cortez Bryant said he had no knowledge and had not been informed of Carlos Goodspeed booking Drake for Plaintiffs. Cortez Bryant made a statement that Carlos Goodspeed is ‘fake booking,’ and that Drake’s booking had been outsourced to another management group.”

Just a few months ago a man was taken to court for posing as Drake’s manager and booking false shows.
