Cle “Bone” Sloan, one of the three men Suge Knight hit with his vehicle during a January 30 incident, testified in court today (April 13) that he would not help prosecutors put the former Death Row Records executive in prison by “snitching,” according to TMZ.
Sloan said that he “doesn’t want to be used to send this man to prison,” referring to Knight.
Knight was charged with murder and attempted murder after being arrested January 30 on murder charges regarding his alleged involvement in a deadly hit-and-run outside of Tam’s Burgers near the 1200 block of West Rosecrans Avenue in Los Angeles.
Knight reportedly allegedly injured two of the men he allegedly hit with his truck and killed a third, Terry Carter.
“I screwed up and Terry’s dead,” Sloan said during his testimony today, TMZ says.
Sloan was in the hospital for several weeks with two torn ligaments in his knees, two fractured ankles and a shoulder injury after allegedly being struck by the vehicle Knight was driving.
Knight’s bail is set at $25 million.

Just because he doesn’t want to testify doesn’t mean the prosecutors don’t have a case. He’s still going to be charged and imprisoned anyway. There’s video evidence. At the very least, he’ll get manslaughter.
Not if he was trying to defend himself by getting away from the scene. When someone threatens you with a gun, you have the right to flee. His lawyer will prove that the way the scene played out was the only way. One cannot merely just reverse away from an assailant who has a gun (better yet a street negro). You’re car would be shot (through the windshield… Based off what one can assume in such a situation..getting shot at head on is automatic death). Moreover, a person cannot be expected to just drive by (along side) said persons. Their car would be shot. A very similar situation occurred to suge prior. Based on his prior expirence, one where his best buddy in the whole wide world, a black named tupac, driving in such a manner will result in a death. This event was set up. The attackers had planned beforehand to take an attempt on the victim’s life. If someone doesn’t try to incapacitate their armed assailant with his malcontent, death could be expected. It would be reasonable for a person to act in such a manner. mr. Suge’s hand was forced…forced by another’s horrible actions. You cannot expect the victim to pay for it.
Also, if they charge him for homicide, he’ll get off.
