    1. My 7 year old niece bullies me for listening to Ed Sheeran. I tell her to shut up because she doesn’t understand Hip-Hop. She says that a pale skin eunuch ginger freak can never be Hip-Hop. I don’t think this is a battle I can win.

    2. They really pushing white artists…these corporations. Anyhoo, Ed Sheeran sucks gonads. He’s bitten every 90s RandB hit and made it into a white modern day hit. Who disagrees that Perfect isn’t R Kelly’s Turn back the hands of time?

      1. Who are ‘they’ ? Artists gain popularity when people buy their music. Buy your favourite artists music when it comes out instead of stealing it online then maybe more of your favourites will make it!

      2. Never mind about my “who are ‘they’ ?” comment, you clearly answered that lol. But come on man don’t be so ignorant to talent just because it’s popular! Ed Sheeran is talented, and the man can rap better than most rappers we hear these days but I do get your point though, black artists don’t get the same push as white artists do, it’s sad but true! Support what you like though and help get it in the charts if that’s what you care about!

      3. At least in Los Angeles, from what I hear on the radio River is getting no airplay so this is all sales and streaming. There’s no video, there’s no promotion, just an audio vid on VEVO. So in this particular case, the song was chosen by the public.

    3. The story Em tells on River is so well crafted and delivered I dont even mind wack ass Ed Sheeran on the hook. Business wise it was smart too as Ed being one of the most streamed artists lately.

    4. Just more junk from the queen of rap. He wanted to be a pop star so now you have to deal with results of your actions. You made a wack record that most hip hop fans can’t stand. Your a pop star now and your new fans love it. Why are you complaining if the album was a banga? M knows his album is wack so that’s what he gets because you can’t be a sellout pop star and hip hop artist at the same time.
