Here’s Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Prison Release Date

Following Tekashi 6ix9ine’s sentencing hearing last December, his attorney Lance Lazzaro predicted he would be out of prison by the end of July.

According to the Bureau of Prisons Inmate Locator, Lazzaro was close — the controversial rapper is expected to be released on August 2.

The Dummy Boy artist was originally sentenced to 47 years behind bars for his involvement in the Nine Trey Gangsta Blood gang. But once the Brooklynite agreed to become the government’s star witness in the case against alleged Nine Trey members Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack and Anthony “Harv” Ellison, he wound up with a significantly reduced sentence of 24 months with time served.

Due to the 85 Percent Rule, which means after an offender has served at least 85 percent of their sentence and maintained a good institutional record while behind bars, they can be released for a period of post-release supervision, he’s able to get out even earlier.

Two defendants in the case, Kintea “Kooda B” McKenzie and the aforementioned Ellison, are scheduled to appear before Judge Paul Engelmayer on April 1 where they’ll receive their sentences.

Upon his release, 6ix9ine plans to continue his once lucrative music career, although it’s unclear how that will work considering Hip Hop typically has a strict “no snitching” policy. While in prison, he reportedly signed a record contract with his former label 10K Records worth $10 million.

    1. Here come all of the other snitch rappers who also complain about long prison sentences to talk shit, call him SnitchNi9e, and laugh about gangsters threatening to come kill him… Oh, and the rappers that will laugh about this will also preach about how gang crime is out of hand, how minority violence cycles need to end, ect…

      1. I love how one of the biggest anti tekashi rappers that call him a snitch on the regular (meek mill) snitched on Drake and exposed his ghostwriter. That’s a special kind of snitching that’s not frowned on though, and it’s praised in hip hop. It seems like of you get a nigguh locked up, it’s bad snitching, but if you’re trying to stop a bag, it’s fine to snitch.

        1. Your comparing hiphop beef. Where someone outed a rapper for not writing his own shit to real life where someone snitched on his gang to get out of jail? Lmfao. Bruh that’s not the same shit.

          1. Both affect life. In the streets if you stopped someone’s bag you get killed. No if ands or buts, regardless of what your doing, a street code applies to anyone who abides to the street code. You can’t pick and choose what’s allowed to be snitched on or not. A snitch is a snitch. And meek the street dude, is a snitch. He saw his bag threatened, so he snitch.

            1. The difference is in the streets u got to jail taken away from ya fam and have to depend on other ppl to strive or cope with process in the music industry it’s too many ways to get a bag and meek ain’t put drake in jail with football numbers

            2. The only difference is that Drake is a huge name. This would destroy any other smaller artist. It’s ok to pick and choose though, apparently snitching ain’t snitching unless you get locked up. Even when supposed street nigguhs snitch, it’s cool because bias reasons.

      1. Yay! I love when the cycle continues! Full them prisons up to the brim, and keep the funeral homes busy! It’s good for the economy! Less welfare recipients too!

    2. August 2nd is gonna be a great day. Hes a brave guy who helped clean up the streets of lowlife scum like Mel Matrix. And now he gets to get back to making hit records. Hopefully he puts another couple lowlifes behind bars while he’s at it as well. You dipshits are parasites on civilized society.

      1. What do you mean? He didn’t snitch on one single white person so what parasites did he takeoff the street? All those pedophiles and school shooters are still running loose

      2. Not a single white person got indicted so what are you talking about? All those pedophiles in dudes who shoot up schools are still running loose

      3. You sound like a real live bitch. Brave!? I know your trolling. This guy is the same type of piece of shit as the criminals he snitched on. The fact that you hate those low lives but praise this parasite proves your either trolling or just another hypocrite bitch with a bad taste in music. Either way you come off as a big cock shiner.

    3. I wonder if he’ll be buried or cremated? Or maybe the bloods run a train on his ass, cap him and then feed his snitching ass to the pigs

      1. Bloods are pussy, they won’t do shit lol game has been talking shit for the longest and won’t do shit, YG capitalize on you tards and made a song to sell it to you losers, all he does is talk but never does anything. And all other bloods too pussy lol boy is going to walk free.

    4. If that is in fact his inmate locator record, it states he is not in BOP custody. Either it has not been updated with his exact location to protect his safety, or he is still in the custody of the US Marshall aka Witness Protection, until August 2nd.

      1. That’s how they mark anyone that isn’t black or Asian. For some reason we’re lumped as white, which makes you think about the whole “whites are the majority in this country.”

    5. 47 or so years reduced down to 24 months “significally” is an understatement. but that is good for those who want to see him free like myself.

      1. I like how 4chan and reddit got stupid fucks to believe this hand gesture and the pepe meme are racist

    6. Colors!..Colors.. you don’t know me! I don’t need you! This is my terrytory” don’t cross the line! Colors/ colors! We gangs of L.A. we never die….just multiply!!!COLORS!!/ CO-CO- COLORS!!
