Frank Ocean‘s musical output has been limited since the release of Blonde eight years ago, but it appears he’s been keeping himself busy — in the gym, at least.
The elusive singer shared a series of photos on his Instagram Stories on Monday (March 4), including a mirror selfie showing him flexing a noticeably more muscular physique while wearing a wrestling outfit.

Frank’s physical transformation certainly caught fans’ attention, sparking plenty of reactions on social media.
One person joked about his outfit: “N-gga dressed like Kurt Angle,” referencing the Olympic gold medalist and WWE wrestling legend.

Another asked: “What the hell? Is he going to his high school wrestling match?”
Someone else commented: “Oh so he a wrestler now that’s why he hasn’t been making music?!??”

Frank Ocean also posted a picture of Rosalía, with whom he collaborated on a previously leaked song called “Changes.”
A music video for the track was even filmed and featured cameos from A$AP Rocky, slowthai, Navy Blue and others.

Ocean posted another picture on his Instagram Stories of him editing a video, suggesting there may be new material on the way.
Shortly before Christmas, the Grammy-winner previewed some new music via a clip of himself working in the studio.

He had earlier shared a snippet of an unreleased track but no official releases have come since 2020.
The R&B crooner alluded to a new album being in the works during his ill-fated headlining performance at Coachella last April.
“It’s been so long. Everybody talks about how long it’s been,” he said on stage. “‘It’s been so long, it’s been so long.’ But I have missed you.”
“I want to talk about why I’m here, because it’s not because of a new album. It’s because — not that there’s not a new album… but there’s not right now. Chill, chill, chill. No, it’s not right now.”
