Travis Scott was once been opposed to hearing Sexyy Red’s music for an extended period of time — or so it appears after a video surfaced online of him cutting it, and her, off.
Footage from July currently going viral on social media features the two rap luminaries hanging out at an afterparty following the Wireless Festival in London.

As Sexyy Red was in the middle of rapping her verse on “Pound Town,” the “Rodeo” hitmaker quickly turned it down, which led people to believe that he doesn’t care for her music.
Under the initial viral video — which has received nearly seven million views — another fan posted another part from the afterparty which shows Travis Scott turning up as Sexyy Red is rapping along to her hit “SkeeYee.”

Whatever the case may be, Cactus Jack and the St. Louis rapper previously performed together during Scott’s headlining performance set at the Wireless Festival.
Although Sexyy Red is a newcomer to the festival circuit, she held her own alongside the Houston rap superstar.

The drama began earlier this week when Sexyy reposted a fan comment on her Instagram Stories that read, “All these celebrities wasn’t wearing @truereligion until @sexyyred came out.”
Some believed that in reposting, the St. Louis rapper was throwing shade at Latto, who shortly before had posted photos of herself wearing True Religion jeans at 21 Savage‘s recent birthday party.

In Instagram Stories of her own, the “Big Energy” hitmaker dug up more photos of her wearing the brand back in the day while writing: “They be knowing what they doing lol very weird… If u not from Atlanta this not for u!”
After her apparent dig began circulating social media, Sexyy Red took to X on Tuesday (October 24) to set the record straight.
“Definitely not shading her I’m direct wit it whatever I gotta say,” the “Pound Town” star wrote in response to a post about their apparent back-and-forth.
Hours later, Latto addressed the chatter herself, albeit in more subliminal fashion. She began by clarifying that her True Religion jeans were part of an outfit for an “Atlanta throwback-themed birthday party.”

She then hit back at an X user who called her “crazy” for “trying to prove that [she] was wearing True,” replying: “No what’s crazy is y’all accuse me of copying any and every thing and when I prove y’all wrong I’m doing tewww muchhhh.”
