Eazy-E Deserves Super Bowl LVI Shoutout From Fellow N.W.A Legend Dr. Dre His Daughter Says

Hip Hop fans were elated after the National Football League revealed the lineup for the Pepsi halftime show last week.

Eminem, Dr. Dre, Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Dogg and Mary J. Blige are expected to take centerstage at SoFi Stadium on February 13, 2022, marking the most Hip Hop-centric performance in NFL history.

While it will undoubtedly be a significant moment for the culture, Eazy-E’s daughter Ebie is hoping his former N.W.A partner-in-rhyme Dr. Dre will at least give a shout out to the late legend, making it even more memorable.

Speaking to TMZ, Ebie said she wants Dre to pay tribute to her father considering two other Compton icons will be onstage. She added Eazy-E blazed a trail for other gangsta rappers to follow and helped make the genre a permanent part of Hip Hop history.

Kendrick Lamar, the sole Compton native aside from Dr. Dre, once credited Eazy-E for his entire career, saying, “I wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for Eazy.”

Ebie’s expectations are in line with the length of the 20-minute show. She’s hoping for a quick “RIP Eazy” at some point during the star-studded performance, which would “mean the world” to her.

Eazy-E and Dr. Dre had a falling out during their N.W.A heyday but ultimately made peace before Eazy died in 1995.

Ebie recently explored her father’s death in a WEtv documentary called The Mysterious Death of Eazy-E. Although she attempted to get Ice Cube involved, she ended up going forward without him.

Instead, Ebie, her mother Tracy and journalist Jasmine Simpkins unraveled the story themselves by tracking down eyewitnesses to Eazy-E’s last days, revealing unseen footage and testing long-held theories around his untimely death.

    1. Man these types of people kill me….if Dre wants to shout out Eazy at the Superbowl halftime, he’ll do it. But if he doesn’t feel the need to do it, you shouldn’t be feeling bad about it….

    2. Shout out Eazy E? Why? Dre is part of NWA and everyone knows Eazy was part of the group as well. Hey Ebie, you and your siblings do enough to keep his legacy alive. Continue to keep your father’s legacy alive and keep up the good work.

    3. Asking for a shout out? What kind of dumb shit is that? Has nothing to do with eazy. Why not shout out king t Daz, kurupt, tha dog pound?

Lol fuck outta here. That shits corny

    4. Ebie full of shit. Lil Eazy good. Ask him how much family she really is. Broad always want attention. STFU. Make a song or sumn.

    5. Easy E was a real G. He doesn’t need a shout out from two studio gangstas, a drugged out gimmick rapper and a self absorbed nerd.

    6. Had to put this out there after all this time. A Eazy E shout out would have meant the world to his children and his legacy. Gone but not forgotten. How he going to pay homage to 2pac when the man said,
“California Love part 2 without gay ass Dre.” His last songs he was disrespecting Dre’s manhood. Dre got brand new since beats by Dre. Eazy was coming out with his own speakers way before then. E had a script ready for a NWA movie before he passed. That movie didn’t come close to revealing who that man really was. Eazy E made Dre who he is today. Even Ice Cube. Dre made money off Straight Outta Compton. But he cant do a show with the other members. Only perform solo songs that had nothing to do with the group. Couldn’t do anything far as mix NWA songs for the movie soundtrack. Money make niccas act real strange. Or show their true colors.
