Details Emerge On Rah Digga & Nottz’ “Classic” Album

Last week, HipHopDX learned that Rah Digga will be releasing her sophomore album, Classic this fall. More details emerged today, as the Jersey City, New Jersey emcee has teamed with platinum-selling Virginia producer Nottz for Classic.

The album will be released September 14 on label Raw Koncept. Although guests have yet to be confirmed, Digga’s first single is “This Ain’t No Lil’ Kid Rap” a reclaiming of the skills-based Hip Hop culture not often portrayed in the mainstream. The emcee who worked with Reflection Eternal, Busta Rhymes and others will also address post-’00s technology within the culture on the song “Viral.”

Later this month, Rah Digga will make an appearance on another emcee/producer tandem’s project, Eternia & MoSS’ At Last.

    HipHopDX will keep you updated.

    1. Rah Niggas head game is serious. But can suck the white outta ya meat in an instant. She needs an award fo dat.

    2. I’m not gonna get on the whole man shit. Digga can rhyme and that’s that. I will put her against any emcee out right now, man or woman. This is a true female emcee, unlike the other female who has everybody talking. Real emcees don’t need to portray themselves like a damn fool. All you young kids need to listen to lyrics instead of following these gimmicks.

    3. Those concepts sound kiddy-rap as shit. Rah Digga was my favorite female since Lyte/before Jean Grae. I respect Nottz, I trust he won’t let her sound as bad as those titles/concepts sound.
