Deltron 3030 is scheduled to go on a Fall tour this year. Del the Funky Homosapien, Dan the Automator and Kid Koala are slated to begin their tour through North America at this year’s Rock the Bells festival in San Bernardino, California on September 8 and they will continue their travels until they perform a final set on the tour in Denver, Colorado, set to take place November 15.
Deltron 3030 plans to be accompanied by 3030 Orchestra, a 16-piece orchestra scheduled to back the group on select dates. The orchestra is slated to accompany the group at each Rock the Bells appearance. 3030 Orchestra is also scheduled to back Deltron for dates in New York, Philadelphia, Illinois, North Carolina, Texas and Colorado.
The tour falls as the group prepares for the release of their new project, Event II. The album is set to include a variety of guests, including Damon Albarn, Rage Against the Machine’s Zack De La Rocha, Emily Wells, Mike Patton, the Lonely Island and Jamie Cullum, according to Pitchfork. Actors Joseph Gordon-Levitt, David Cross, Amber Tamblyn, Mary Elizabeth Winstead and chef David Chang are also set to be included in the album.

It’s nice to see a lady who can spit and doesn’t walk around half-naked in order to sell records. You’re a great role model for women everywhere.
