Dallas Police Arrest 2nd Mo3 Murder Suspect

    Following Mo3’s murder on a Dallas interstate last November, a second man has been charged with murder in connection with his death.

    28-year-old Devin Brown was indicted on Wednesday (April 21) according to the Dallas Morning News. A Dallas County grand jury previously indicted 22-year-old Kewon White in February after authorities alleged he opened fire on the Shottaz 4eva rapper on I-35.

    White was arrested last December after a witness provided authorities with information regarding the case and his alleged involvement.

    Brown was already in police custody on various charges not connected to Mo3’s murder when White was arrested. The 28-year-old had federal charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute a controlled substance. Additionally, authorities discovered a stolen AK-47 at his home along with synthetic marijuana and methamphetamine. According to court records, he pled guilty to those charges.

    Mo3 posthumously released Shottaz 4Eva on April 8. The 12-track album features previously released singles such as “Outside” with OG Bobby Billions, “Broken Love” featuring Kevin Gates and guest appearances from Foogiano and Mo3’s “brother,” Boosie Badazz. Boosie previously reflected on Mo3’s death, solemnly stating, “They caught my boy slipping.”

    2. Music doesn’t really pay a whole lot especially rap. You’ve seen the pathetic payouts even millions of stream bring to artistes. So if dudes are in their 30s yelling about guns and drugs I take it serious. Sad these people prey on their own.
