Chet Haze, rapper and son of actor Tom Hanks, has taken aim at fellow artist Vic Mensa after Mensa called Haze “a fucking clown” in a comment he added to an Instagram post Haze uploaded to his now-deleted account earlier in the week.
Mensa referring to Haze as a clown comes after Haze uploaded an Instagram post defending his use of the n-word. In response to the Roc Nation rapper’s comment, Haze wrote:
“I already knew u was a hater when I saw u at that house party in Beverly Hills. U ain’t built like me lil boy. Don’t act like u don’t remember!!”
In an Instagram post uploaded earlier this week, Haze promoted a new song titled “Juice” and also revealed that he uses the n-word while with his black friends.
“I do say the n word in real life amongst my black friends who get me and can’t nobody tell me I can’t say what the fuck I feel like no disrespect to the struggle of black ppl during the civil rights movement but it’s 2015 now and yes there are white niggas,” Chet Haze wrote.
The Instagram account for Haze, real name Chester M. Hanks, has since been deleted, although Vlad TV did obtain screen captures of the back-and-forth between Haze and Mensa.
In regards to his Instagram account being deleted, Haze addressed the matter on Twitter, claiming that he did not delete his account, and instead “Instagram went ahead and did that for me.”
House party in Beverly Hills, lol? Whoa….hip hop is over.
Yeah it’s not like people had house parties in the 90’s or anything
Yeah, pretty sure in the 90s nobody was talking about when you came though at the Beverly Hills house party. But I guess you don’t get the irony.
Considering there were a gang of movies called “house party”…in the 90s!
tom hanks sucks for letting his kid turn out this wayy…
Lol this dude acts just like every rich white boy ever. Fuck white people.
dude ur a fucking clown. stop generalizing a race based on one person.. there are dumb members of every race and religion.
Fuck you bitch
Fuck this clown. I’m sure he has a gang of security with him at all times or hood dudes that only really fuck with him because he has money and can get them in the club/parties etc. Straight up mark.
I’m probably the one of the few but man I feel bad for tom hanks. He probably gave this kid everything and now is son can’t stop public ally embarassing the family what an idiot
Tom hank son rapping what da fuck kill urself and get lost on da island like ur dad fuck boy
Times sure have changed SMH. This is hip hop and Tom Hanks ultra privileged son is using the word nigga publicly with black people and over social media. Then has the nerve to say he respects the struggle GTFOH!!! I don’t condone violence but for him to feel safe saying that says a lot not only for the hip hop community but also the black community. Damn we don’t respect ourselves or the shit we create!
Nigga your dad is Forrest Gump. Forrest fucking Gump!!!!!! Ain’t a damn thing about you gangsta!!! Shit yo ass down somewhere!! I’m not racist but he reminds me of those Caucasian kids that be commenting on Chicago artist music videos. Sit down somewhere and Polar Express 2 with your pops nigga
Man fucc that Cracka and anybody who love him!!!!! GTFOH
This man Dad got a BANKROLL aint no way in HELL I would even be around this rap shit or even TRYING to rap. I dont know what be wrong with these Suburb ass nigga. Wanna be hood but us niggas in the hood wanna be where they at! SMH. I wish I was born in a rich ass family.
This white boy just deaded his potential Hip Hop career. Get the fck out of my culture, devil.
Chet didnt say anything wrong, if the word “nigga” is derogatory, then black folks shouldnt been using it in tha first place…
I just don’t understand why these wannabe white fools feel the need to have to use the word “nigga” just because they have some black friends. It doesn’t make any sense to me. Just be yourself and stop acting like somebody that your not. Also, I can’t believe this rich kid is even attempting to be a rapper. I guess the easy going, rich life gets boring after a while!!?? These kinds of stories nowadays just make me not wanna represent or be a part of hip hop culture anymore. I remember a time when hip hop culture was cool. But it’s now becoming one of those things that’s not-so-cool in a hurry. It’s embarrassing now.
