Birdman Reportedly Facing $12M Foreclosure Lawsuit

Cash Money Records co-founder Bryan “Birdman” Williams is being hit with a $12 million foreclosure lawsuit, according to South Florida Business Journal.

EMG Transfer Agent filed the suit on November 30 against Birdman, CM Spirits LLC and Criteria Operations LLC for failure to make payments on his sprawling Miami mansion and North Miami office building, home to Hit Factory Criteria Recording Studios.

Birdman, who clearly has an affinity for the finer things in life, bought the home for $14.5 million in 2012 and listed it for sale this past June for $20 million, although it’s currently on the market for $16.9 million.

Built in 2004 with 10 bedrooms, Lil Wayne’s current adversary combined three of them into one massive suite measuring 1,500 square feet. Clocking in at a total of 19,970 square feet, it also features several luxury amenities, including a tennis court, an in-home movie theater, volleyball courts, a basketball court, fitness center and pool.

    1. I thought cash money were hot boys. What happen to all of his money? I guess its no cash money records now.

      1. He is worse then 50. 50 handled his biz and took (or is taken) care of his debt. And you dont hear stories of Banks or Yayo claiming 50 owes them money.

    2. Baby gone have to change cash money records to stash money records/We aint paying nobody ENT. Man Bird and P weren’t as good as businessman as we thougth, P hasn’t had anything successful in like 15 years, Bird can’t do anything without Wayne, also since Bird and wayne rift bird as been on the outside of that in Click, you don’t see him with Khaled, Ross, Diddy anymore nobody really messes with him. P and bird were just average businessman that mixed a little hustling in with some luck, P never had a eye for talent
No limit is prob the most successful not talented rap label ever. Birdman blew it big time,
