6ix9ine has been ordered to pay a massive 6-figure debt after the rapper ignored a lawsuit filed by his credit card company.
The Brooklyn native was previously ordered to pay $119,488 to American Express after defaulting on payments, and after he ignored the suit, the company has fired off multiple subpoenas to different banks in hopes of seizing 6ix9ine’s assets, per Radar Online.

The credit card company claimed the rapper stopped paying in November 2022, at which point his outstanding balance was $118,387.
A rep for American Express previously asked the court to grant the company a default, adding a process server officially served the “GUMMO” rapper at a Florida bakery in March after “staking out” his home in Lake Worth, Florida.

“I observed [6ix9ine] driving his Blue Lamborghini with colorful paint splatters,” the server wrote. “He passed by me, and out of his development. I followed and caught up with [6ix9ine] at Delicias Cuban Bakery. He has multi-colored hair, face tattoos, and was wearing a dark-colored hoodie.”
Meanwhile, 6ix9ine recently dropped his new single “Shaka Laka” with assistance from Kodak Black – who allegedly received a massive payday and a Rolls-Royce to jump on the song.

6ix9ine’s manager Wack 100 spoke about the collaboration in an interview with No Jumper last month, and said Yak was paid “a whole lot of money” to come to the studio and lay down a verse.
“It was supposed to be like 8 o’ clock, I seen Kodak by 1 [am],” Wack recalled. “Some things worth waiting on. Kodak pulled up [with] his girl and his kid, with fire in his eyes.”
After a “man-to-man” talk with 6ix9ine, both artists recorded their parts for what was subsequently released as “Shaka Laka” with Yailin la Mas Viral.
“And then right before [Kodak] left, shit, we kept it gangsta,” Wack added. “He came in a black car and he left in a Rolls-Royce. Tossed him the keys, tell him ‘go home’ … he put his baby seat in that bitch, he jumped in the driver’s seat, he put his driver in the passenger seat, his queen in the back and I jumped on the freeway with him.”

Not everyone was a fan of the joint single, though, with Boosie Badazz criticizing Kodak for teaming up with a “rat.”
“That n-gga Yak fucked me up,” he said on Instagram Live. “I wonder how all them Zoes feel, dawg? I know them Zoes fucked up right now. I know the state of Florida fucked up right now.

“This n-gga ain’t got no morals, don’t got no principles. Damn. Thought that little n-gga wasn’t like that, bro. N-gga ain’t no street n-gga, at all … N-gga hurt me with that one, fucked me up. Don’t care how much money you give.”
