6ix9ine is being accused of skipping out on a six-figure credit card bill, and he may have to pay it without giving his side of the story after he allegedly ignored a lawsuit over it.

According to court documents obtained by Radar Online on Monday (July 24), a rep for American Express has asked the court to grant the company a default. They say that a process server officially served the rainbow-haired rapper at a Florida bakery on March 23 after “staking out” his nearby home in Lake Worth, Florida.

“I observed [6ix9ine] driving his Blue Lamborghini with colorful paint splatters,” the server wrote. “He passed by me, and out of his development. I followed and caught up with [6ix9ine] at Delicias Cuban Bakery. He has multi-colored hair, face tattoos, and was wearing a dark-colored hoodie.”

He then reportedly approached 6ix9ine, who identified himself, and was promptly served.

As previously reported, American Express filed suit against the “GUMMO” rapper in March of this year, demanding he pay the unpaid balance of $118,387 plus attorney fees. According to the credit card company, 6ix9ine stopped making any payments on his credit line in November 2022.

In other news, 6ix9ine recently dropped his new single “Shaka Laka” with assistance from Kodak Black – who allegedly enjoyed a massive payday and a Rolls-Royce to jump on the song.

During a No Jumper interview on Sunday (July 23), Wack 100 explained how he orchestrated the joint single between the two artists. After getting paid “a whole lot of money,” Kodak finally met up with the record executive. They got past the technicalities of paperwork and then set a date and time to get the Floridian in the booth.

“It was supposed to be like 8 o’ clock, I seen Kodak by 1 [am],” he said. “Some things worth waiting on. Kodak pulled up [with] his girl and his kid, with fire in his eyes.”

After having a “man-to-man” conversation with 6ix9ine, both artists recorded their parts for what was subsequently released as “Shaka Laka” on Friday (July 21) with Yailin la Mas Viral.

“And then right before [Kodak] left, shit, we kept it gangsta,” Wack revealed. “He came in a black car and he left in a Rolls-Royce. Tossed him the keys, tell him ‘go home’ … he put his baby seat in that bitch, he jumped in the driver’s seat, he put his driver in the passenger seat, his queen in the back and I jumped on the freeway with him.”
