6ix9ine has been steadily trollingGunna since he took a plea deal in the YSL RICO Case, but his weaponization of Lil Keed’s death is a step too far for some.

The Brooklyn rapper continued to taunt Gunna and the rest of YSL this week by digging up what he claims was Keed’s final Instagram Story prior to his May 2022 death, which insisted that YSL is a “family” and a “label,” not a “gang” or a “criminal organization,” as prosecutors have claimed.

“Ya dead mans last post on IG @gunna if he was alive he be disappointed to the Yes Mam,” 6ix9ine captioned the post, referencing the DS4Ever rapper’s responses to the judge’s questions about YSL’s activity while entering his guilty plea in court last week.

Gunna was subsequently released from jail, with his five-year prison sentence being commuted to time served. The remainder of his sentence was suspended and the rapper will serve 500 hours of community service.

Lil GotIt, Keed’s brother and collaborator, didn’t appreciate 6ix9ine using the late YSL rapper for clout and took aim at the rainbow-haired personality on social media on Monday (December 19).

“Ay, keep that shit toward Gunna,” he demanded in a video posted to his Instagram Stories. “Don’t put my brother name in shit. You tripping. I don’t give a fuck about none of what y’all got going on. I’ma tell ya, I ain’t playing on my brother. I don’t care about security, we can get down with a n-gga, on my momma.”

In another Instagram Story, he wrote: “N-ggas gone respect my brada boy that’s all I know I’m standing on that ion give af rat or not I’ll beat yo ass my bout my brada foo.”

Young Thug’s sister, Dolly White, echoed a similar sentiment on Monday, warning 6ix9ine to keep Lil Keed’s name out of his mouth when it comes to his trolling antics.

“Chill on the Keed shit, bro,” she said on Instagram Live as Lil GotIt stood next to her. “‘Cause Keed ain’t get killed. This ain’t that type of time. Just chill, twin. Troll all you want to, but chill on that Keed shit. For real.”

Lil Keed (real name Raqhid Render) unexpectedly passed away at age 24 on May 13. A cause of death was unknown at the time, leading to speculation around the circumstances of his death. One source claimed the rapper experienced severe stomach pain in the days before his death, which some linked to his previous drug and alcohol usage.

Earlier this month, Keed’s mother, Michelle Woods, set the record straight on her son’s death and confirmed he passed away due to natural causes.

“7 months after learning about the passing of my son, I’ve received his official cause of death from the doctors,” she wrote on Instagram. “In grieving my son’s death, myself and the rest of the family were caused a lot of pain by the lies and rumors spread on the blogs and the internet with false information about Raqhid’s passing. Today, we’ve confirmed that Raqhid died from natural causes with no drugs or alcohol found in his system.”

She continued: “I’m still grieving and I’m still mourning from what our family has had to go through the last 7 months and I refuse to let the lies go any further. I’m glad that the truth is finally out and I ask that everyone please be respectful of his family and his legacy. Long Live Keed.”
