50 Cent’s team has clarified that rumors about the Power mogul being engaged to his girlfriend Cuban Link are not true.
The rumors started up this weekend after Link was spotted wearing a massive diamond ring while chilling backstage with her man, but TMZ Hip Hop has learned the ring is not an engagement piece, but that the couple is still very much together.

The post had originally caused actor Julissa Bermudez, Marsha Elle, BMF actor Erica Pinkett, and supermodel Afiya Bennett to all assume the pair were engaged, but one eagle-eyed fan was skeptical the whole time.
“If they were in your close friends they would really know what’s going on – LOVE YALL,” the commenter wrote.
The couple has been together since 2019, but their relationship has gone through various ups and downs over the years.

In May 2021, Fif’s former flame Vivica A. Fox claimed that the Power executive producer was “the love of her life,” which caused Cuban Link to respond in The Shade Room‘s comment section.
“Awwww,” she wrote alongside a tiny violin and a heart-face emoji.
Then in November 2021, 50 Cent trolled his girlfriend’s cooking skills, remarking that her Thanksgiving meal was less than stellar. Sharing a photo of a burnt turkey to his Instagram account, 50 Cent joked about how disappointed he was in his Thanksgiving meal.
“I told her ass let the chef cook,” he wrote in the caption. “She said ‘no’ I want to do it for us. Just let me try, now I’m a have a damn Turkey and cheese sandwich and lay down. @_cuban_link.”

50 Cent has been on a tear with his business ventures these past few years, whether it be in sports, TV or even film. However, all that success has come at the expense of his music. The Queens legend admitted on Ebro In The Morning last October that music hasn’t been as high on his to-do list recently. His last full-length project was 2014’s Animal Ambition: An Untamed Desire To Win.
“If I give [my fans] an EP and they feel is a monster;” Fif said, “if I call it a soundtrack and I put five or six songs of my material inside it and they love it, I’ll still have the same gratification. I’m on tour right now, I just did Prague last night, the O2 [Arena] sold out; I do it again tonight. You see what I’m saying?”

He continued: “I’m on a world tour right now. What I need, a new CD to do it? We’re starting to enter that stage where Prince was at, where he could say, ‘Yo, I’ma do a show tonight,’ and it sells out.”
