50 Cent is refusing to let Diddy off the hook after the Bad Boy boss apologized for assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassie in 2016.
After footage of the incident was leaked online, showing Diddy brutally kicking, hitting and dragging Cassie in the hallway of a hotel, the mogul swiftly apologized for his actions.

In a video posted on Instagram, he said: “It’s so difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life, but sometimes you got to do that. I was fucked up — I mean, I hit rock bottom — but I make no excuses.
“My behavior on that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video. I’m disgusted. I was disgusted then when I did it. I’m disgusted now.”

He continued: “I’m so sorry. But I’m committed to be a better man each and every day. I’m not asking for forgiveness. I’m truly sorry.”
One of many people not buying the apology was longtime foe 50 Cent.
The G-Unit founder posted the clip on his own Instagram page and commented: “This is not going to work, who is advising him right now? SMH bad move.”
50 later posted a screenshot of Cassie’s response to Diddy’s apology, which she called “disingenuous.”

Fif added: “I understand how she feels seeing him apologize not addressing her after this video gets out. It makes it feel like he wasn’t thinking of how she felt having to see it. SMH where is his crisis management PR team? That was a bad move.”
50 Cent had earlier commented on the shocking assault footage after the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced that they are unable to charge Diddy over the incident as it happened beyond the statute of limitations.
The “In Da Club” rapper remarked: “This is why they put that tape out, they know they can’t charge him with what we saw, but they know we can’t un see what we saw.”
He also reposted Diddy’s previous statement from December, following the filing of multiple sexual assault lawsuits against him, where he flat-out denied all of the allegations.
