2Pac Was Paranoid At The End Of His Life, Says Outlawz Rapper Napoleon

2Pac has been the topic of many a conversation in the Hip Hop world since his untimely passing nearly three decades ago, but new stories keep coming up, including a surprising one from Napoleon of the Outlawz.

The rapper sat down with The Art of Dialogue on Saturday (October 21), and he revealed that the “Keep Your Head Up” rapper was “paranoid” shortly before his murder.

“I remember when he first went back [to New York] — this is a week before he got killed,” he said. “When we went to New York, it was tense. They had him staying in some hotel — I forget the name of it, but it’s in the middle of the city.

“While everybody was chillin’, doing their thing, I’m just in the window…saying nothing. […] And Pac walked over to me, because he was like, ‘[He] actin’ weird.’ […] I said, ‘Pac, I’m watching everybody in this hotel.’ And he was shocked. But that’s how he had us, because he was kind of paranoid.” Check out the interview below.

When Napoleon last spoke to the outlet, he accused Snoop Dogg of being “jealous” of 2Pac.

In an interview clip with The Art of Dialogue published on October 9,  Napoleon discussed the people capitalizing on Pac’s story, and how a lot of them truly felt about the California icon.

“Some of these individuals, they very slick,” he began. “You have the Hughes brothers, you have certain individuals like Snoop, for example — they have a way where they acting like they praising Pac, but they[‘re] putting him down.

“Like [Allen Hughes] said, ‘[Snoop] dimmed his light for Pac to shine.’ They do it in such a slick way so you can be like, ‘Oh wow, he’s not a hater.’”

Hughes is planning to direct a biopic of the Doggfather.

Meanwhile, Pac’s alleged murderer, Keefe D, has been granted yet another continuance in the case.

TMZ was on hand when Davis was granted a two-week continuance for his arraignment. Davis, who is expected to plead not guilty to ‘Pac’s murder, will now be arraigned on November 2.

Outside of court, Goodman said that the state’s case was weak, and that his client wasn’t a man that was going to run away if given a chance.

“I think Mr. Davis should be released O.R. (on his own recognizance),” he said. “He’s not a flight risk. He’s not a danger to the community. He’s lived in Henderson for 11 years. And he’s not going anywhere.”

He is alleged to have orchestrated the hit as “retribution” against 2Pac, who alongside his entourage had attacked Anderson in the lobby of the MGM Grand in Las Vegas the night of September 7, 1996.

Hours later, a car pulled up alongside ‘Pac and Suge Knight’s BMW sedan at the intersection of East Flamingo Road and Koval Lane and opened fire. The All Eyez On Me rapper was shot four times, while his label boss was struck in the head by a bullet fragment.

2Pac died in hospital six days later after succumbing to his injuries. He was 25 years old.

    1. Anyone who has a sets of ears, a brain, and heard any of the music Pac released after the Quad incedent knows this 🙄 The well has ran dry with the Napoleon 2pac stories so he’s just saying anything that sticks at this point.

      1. Y’all are Stans, this isn’t the first time he said that and it would be quite normal for a person to be paranoid, especially when they believe multiple people are trying to kill them. I know y’all like to think that Pac was John Wick, but there was nothing odd or disrespectful about what Napoleon said.

      2. Napoleon knew Pac for like 1 calendar year. I’m sick of this bum exploiting Pac’s life like he’s some type of day 1 homie, when he was just a little dude in 1996 that was just happy to be there. You think Pac had these young knuckleheads around all his business affairs? Anyone who follows these interviews as 100 percent truths with ZERO personal interpretations are SQUARES fr fr.

      3. You’re taking this internet shit too serious. Logoff and take the kotex out your vagina bitch, you’ll feel better 😂

    2. If you were so concerned back then, ACT. This mfer trying to get clout after real news comes out. Go back to being irrelevant to life, my G.

      1. Yup. Pac chose to be a thug. Chose to make death threats on songs. Insult people mercilessly. Karma caught up to him.

      2. Was this before they threatened his life after he got shot the first time while he was in the hospital? Was this before they mercilessly insulted him while he was locked up in jail with no way to defend himself? Only an ignorant person would mention karma in all this, a stupid one. You suckers keep trying to change the narrative acting like he was the problem starting shit for no reason.

      3. Yeah I don’t care if you agree with him like a yes man. You’re a sycophant who doesn’t understand cause and effect. Slow!

    3. Of course he was paranoid he was a shit popper! How many bridges you expect to burn and not get wacked?
