Big Boi has revisited his Boomiversealbum by releasing an animated music video for his Gucci Mane and Pimp C-assisted single “In The South.”
The format allows the late Pimp C to be a larger part of the video, which is fitting since he’s such a big presence on the record. In the animated tale, the trio of southern MCs ride around the city and kick some fly rhymes about life below the Mason-Dixon Line.
