9th Prince — best known for constructing one of Wu-Tang Clan’s affiliate groups Killarmy — has resurfaced with a haunting black-and-white visual for “Madman’s Revenge.” The video leads the charge for his upcoming EP of the same name, which he produced entirely.
“I have always played a big part in any production you have heard me or my group Killarmy on,” 9th told HipHopDX. “I have always felt that I have a great ear for beats. I figured it was time for me to give making my own beats a shot, and I am very happy with what came out of this experiment.”
The seven-track EP is bursting at the seams with raw, unpolished boom bap held together with hard-hitting drum and boasts features from Kool Keith, Trife Diesel, JoJo Pellegrino, Solomon Childs and Prodigal Sunn (Sunz Of Man).
