B.G. and Boosie Badazz have often spoken about their admiration for one another, and the friends were able to convey that love in person during a recent meeting.
On Thursday (February 8), the Louisiana rappers shared an emotional moment upon reuniting for an appearance at the Wet Las Vegas Adult Ent + After Hours nightclub. In social media clips shared by fans who were present at the time, the rap veterans could be seen embracing each other.

The Hot Boys MC took the stage at the venue later that night, with 21 Savage in the audience.

Last year, B.G. revealed that he was working on a full-length project with Boosie Badazz, who supported the New Orleans native throughout his recently concluded stint in prison.
During a Zoom call in mid-October, the two had a chat with DJ Tony Neal, who said in the comments section of a Hip Hop Wolf repost of the interview that he is “working with both of them.”

Over the call, the “Cash Money Is An Army” hitmaker made it a point to shout out his friend and collaborator while breaking the news.
“We got a[n] album coming together,” he began. “I just wanted to come through, give him a shout out, man, let him know I appreciate everything he did for me while I was down, y’know what I’m sayin?

“Dude wrapped his arm around me like a real G supposed to, man, y’know what I’m sayin? That’s my brother, man.”
The month prior, B.G. returned to the studio and delivered his first post-prison bars in a fitting reunion with Boosie.
The pair teamed up for “My Dawg” in late September, featuring the 43-year-old spitting about how his friend held him down throughout his decade-plus stay behind bars.
“Lot of people fucked me up and went to sleep on me/ Same ones used to come around and leach on me/ I’m walking light I got police on me/ But I’m still taking chances with that heat on me/ Used to get my motivation from my kids and fans/ Anything I ever needed I could get from my man,” he raps.
