B.G. has revealed that he is currently working on a full-length tracklist with Boosie Badazz, who supported the Hot Boys MC throughout his recently concluded stint in prison.

During a Zoom call on Friday (October 13), the two Louisiana natives had a chat with DJ Tony Neal, who said in the comments section of a Hip Hop Wolf repost of the interview that he is “working with both of them.”

Over the call, the 43-year-old made it a point to show his friend and collaborator some love while breaking the news.

“We got a[n] album coming together,” he began. “I just wanted to come through, give him a shout out, man, let him know I appreciate everything he did for me while I was down, y’know what I’m sayin?

“That was– man, I’m talkin’ about — man, man, man, dude wrapped his arm around me like a real G supposed to, man, y’know what I’m sayin? That’s my brother, man. I mean like that’s my brother, man.”

Last month, B.G. returned to the studio and delivered his first post-prison bars in a fitting reunion with Boosie.

The pair teamed up for “My Dawg” in late September, featuring the Cash Money MC spitting about how his friend held him down throughout his decade-plus behind bars.
