Fuck this guy, lost a lot of respect for Mos Def after he called out rappers a year ago and that same day lupe stepped up to him… and he backed out, WTFFFF….But anyhow.. Where the Duck is that 50 CB trackkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk
????????????????????????????????????????????????
This song sounds like it could become something dope if it was actually worked on and not just winged in the studio in 10 minutes. The sound quality reminds me of when Shyne first started making music again in Jerusalem or wherever he was, and it had vision but was poorly engineered. On one hand, it’s kind of interesting to hear the music these artists make when they’re away from American influence and are forced to use limited equipment with limited resources. On the other hand, I feel like Mos Def and Shyne BOTH never dropped their best work. They never dropped their magnum opus. Shyne’s debut was dope, Mos Def had a couple dope albums especially The Ecstatic, but they still weren’t quite on the level they’re capable of.
