Here’s a fun game…try to find a rap song made in the last 5 years without singing on it. You won’t find one. Rap sucks now. Is there any music made for men anymore? Just askin. Everything is for teens and women.
Hating ahh dude. Rap doesn’t suck. There’s just something to sing about now. Not every song has to be about how hard life is.
Also, if we’re being for real, once Biggie sang, it was fair game for anyone to sing after.
Kanye. Childish. Chance. Dram. .Paak etc these guys are just making music. No worries about the genre. It’s about art of expression.
If you don’t adapt and evolve. You die. Look at how garbage Eminem is now. He’s trying too hard to be the Eminem we loved. The Eminem that showed us how important music is. Now he’s just forcing the issue.
Don’t make “hard” songs ’cause you supposed to. Make music.
