Yung Bleu Screams Racism On Cops In Red State Georgia

Alabama rapper Yung Bleu accused police officers in Gainesville, Georgia of racial profiling in an Instagram post on Monday (August 23). The “You’re Mines Still” artist claimed he was looking to buy a trailer for his upcoming tour when the owner of the company called authorities.

“THESE GAINESVILLE, Ga POLICE OFFICERS are racially profiling us !” he wrote alongside videos of the incident. “They approached me and my team for absolutely nothing trying to buy a trailer for my tour at (Absolute Trailers) the owner was a old white guy who called the police talking about they suspect fraud ! I was just trying to buy a trailer !

“The first officers walk up with hands on guns . damn near drawn on us saying ‘What y’all doing here’ …We have a brief back n forth and then As I leave the cop is sitting in the middle of the highway waiting on us . They trap and get get behind me ! say my tag is obstructed but she clearly had her lights on way before she saw the back of my car ! 5 cars have pulled up on us since then ! Saying we do fraud and all type of lies !”

He added, “I HAVE MORE VIDEO BUT I will use only as evidence . We did nothing wrong !”

According to The Shade Room, Yung Bleu was cited for an April party and arrested for a suspended license. After posting bond, he revealed he never made it inside the trailer store and was outside the building for 10 minutes before police showed up.

Cops were called due to suspected fraud following an alleged run-in last week, with Yung Bleu initially allowed to leave the scene as officers had no probable cause at the time. Shortly after that, he was pulled over by another officer.

    1. He is right. The police officer needs a legally valid reason for a vehicle stop. If a police officer initiates their lights in front of his vehicle, then tells him he is being pulled over for his tags, the stop is invalid and not legal. As long as he has that on video, he is good. She might have had another valid reason, such as the owner of the store calling in fraud… Buuuuuuit, she said he was pulled over for his tags on video. It she turned on her lights while she was in front of him, she did not pull him over for the tags. She invalidated the reason why she made the stop in video.

      1. No. You are 100% wrong. She could have seen the tags before he pulled out. An officer at the scene could have seen the tags as well, and informed her. The bottom line is, where the tags obstructed? If they were, he’s fucked. He also was driving with a suspended license and was interacting with the police before he pulled out. They could easily said they noticed the Lamborghini with obscured tags in the parking lot and waited on it. I’m guessing it was a very expensive flashy car by what the cop said, and she said it for a reason on her body cam. She’ll probably say she noticed it earlier and the tags were obstructed. Either way, it’s PC enough to pull him over. He’s fucked. We’re both not lawyers. My lawyer, who IS a lawyer agrees with me.

        1. Speak for yourself. I am a lawyer. I worked in a DAs office for 9 years, 3 years in misdemeanors. First off, police do not need PC for vehicle stops. It is a different standard. Second off, his tags being obstructed does not make him “fucked.” His lawyers will argue a 1538 motion (not sure what it is called in Georgia) to exclude the evidence as a violation of his fourth amendment rights. Evidence gets excluded all the time.

It also makes no sense that an officer would see an expired tag at the scene and not follow him. It makes no sense that the police officer who pulled him over saw the expired tags at the scene, then got in front of him, then got in back of him to pull him over. That is non-sensical. The only one of your theories that makes sense is if a police officer called it in, which, again is unlikely because the officer did not follow him. However, that is easy enough to find out through discovery and they will request the 911/CAD of the incident. That is, the police dispatch and the call made to the police officers.

The point is, the officer, on video stated she pulled him over for his obstructed tags. AGAIN, what I said was, if he has video of her in front of him, then her putting on the lights, then pulling him over for expired tags, he is right. She needed a valid legal reason to pull him over. If she tries to argue anything else, the video will come in as impeachment evidence. You cannot be in front of somebody and then activate your lights while in front and then claim you were pulling them over for obstructed tags. Again, non-sensical.

Might want to get a new lawyer.

    2. He’s not saying his tags WEREN’T obstructed. LOL. No video of that, right? This dummy is driving some leased 100K plus vehicle with a suspended license right after talking shit to the cops. Personal accountability anyone?

    3. I know within 38 seconds whether or not I want to do business with you. Why waste your time trying to give your fans money to the establishment. Money don’t buy sense I tell ya

    4. On addition, I would even argue adoptive admission when he stated that she unlawfully pulled him over. But. I do not know Georgia laws.

    5. i was assuming at first that the ” fraud ” had to do with the trailer place…but maybe it was with the place that leased him the car…because no way they would lease him w a suspended license .

    6. Georgia a blue state u stupid fucks. Not that it even matters when it comes to police brutality. Stop politicizing everything. Cops aren’t republicans and democrats they’re good cops and bad cops – good people and racist fucks
