Young Buck Approves Of Being Crowned Nashville’s G.O.A.T. Over Jelly Roll

Young Buck has been crowned the G.O.A.T. of Nashville over fellow native Jelly Roll – a title the former G-Unit rapper happily co-signed.

In a clip from a new episode of Ricky Robinson’s If You Alive Subscribe Show shared to Instagram on Tuesday (April 12), the media personality declared Buck the greatest artist hailing from the Tennessee capital.

“I know you think Jelly Roll can rap better than Buck, but he can’t,” Robinson said in a video posted to his page. “I respect Jelly Roll for his sacrifice – CMT Awards. I love you Jelly Roll, I respect you, but Buck is the G.O.A.T. in Nashville! And I’ma stand on that. Tag Jelly Roll and tell him I said that.”

He added: “Jelly Roll we love you for your sacrifice and you good and we gon’ mess with you, we gon’ support you. You prolly can freestyle Buck to death but rapping? Uh-uh.”

In his caption, Robinson elaborated further on his thoughts. “No disrespect towards @jellyroll615 but it’s a no for me,” he wrote. “One thing about me I’m rolling with @buckshotz on this rap shit even @cookupboss know that.

“And by the way to my grind hard homies @starlitogrindhard can’t f**k with a picture of @buckshotz on No versus. let’s clear that up now the only one that can hit that versus stage in this city is @quaniecash Because he got the hits to prove it. so if any wanna dispute my claim I got extra mics on my show if you alive subscribe. @charlie1080p @iamstruggle and for the record I’ve supported all these guys so again this is a I said what I said post.”

Appearing in the comments to co-sign the message, Buck wrote “#TalkYoTalk” with several 100 emojis, laughing emojis and strong-arm emojis.

Meanwhile, Young Buck recently squashed his longstanding beef with another fellow Cashville artist Starlito. The issue stemmed from a physical altercation at a basketball game years ago, but the pair were finally able to put it behind them last month.

“We Don’t Owe Nobody No Explanation Or Explaining!!!!,” Buck wrote on Instagram alongside a picture of him and Starlito . “Just Know Our Misunderstanding Has Been Squashed [100 emojis] !!! On That Note…. @starlitogrindhard LETS GOOOO [Exclamation point emojis] #Cashville ITS [UP! emojis] [Rocket emojis].”

Young Buck then followed up his original post with an IG Story that read: “Big win [Gold number one medal emoji] for the city, proud to see this.” He tagged Starlito in his IG story as well.

Prior to their fued, both Young Buck and Starlito collaborated on a slew of records including 2016’s “Streets Sour,” 2013’s “Countin’ My Pockets,” and 2012’s “Wake Up.”

    1. You mean that BuckNasty can smash trannies like no other. He is the Gayest Of All Time for real for that SMH.

    2. I prefer Jellyroll’s music, it has more soul. Buck is okay but i wouldn’t crown him GOAT of anything. That phrase gets thrown around so frivolously that it’s become completely meaningless.

      1. It’s not that serious LOL they’re saying he’s the best rapper out of Nashville which, per records sold, is true.

      1. No Buck is just better bro I’m telling you I am in Nashville and brothers don’t f with Jelly Roll like that so yes Buck is the better rapper. Nothing to do with race, if Eminem was from the ville I would say Em is the best so what you mean. Jelly Roll is country ass rap if you like that ok cool.

      2. Agree. Jellyroll is in multiple genres of music. And in my opinion, hic hop isn’t his strong suit. He has some great talent but will always be better known as a country cracker instead of a real rapper

    3. I never heard of Jellyroll outside of HHDX and Krispy Kreme. I liked Young Buck’s first album, but he fell off hard after that.

    4. West Coast opinion

      Starlito,
      Worm
      Buck
      Stak

Struggle’s “soundtrack to an indictment” a classic tho

    5. “Buck The World” is a great album. Everything else he’s done is so generic. That’s a dumb statement. Buck is far from a lyricist.
