One of the men accused of murdering XXXTENTACION continues to make demands of the court. Dedrick Williams is now seeking to hire two more expects to testify in his defense.
According to The Blast, Williams filed new documents on November 14 asking the court to pay $30,000 to hire an audio and visual forensic expert along with an expert who specializes in street gangs.
The former tattoo artist was previously granted $30,000 by the court to hire an electronics expert and a private investigator.
$20,000 of the newly requested money will be for contracting the A/V expert as Williams’ legal team says, “Analysis of said evidence is critical to the Defendant’s case and his right to due process.” The remaining $10,000 is for the gang expert, claiming it is “necessary to retain this expert to investigate and educate” both his legal defense and the jury.
“The manner in which gang affiliation affects this case and any and all defenses available to the defense,” the court filing reads.
XXXTENTACION was shot and killed in June. Williams and three other men have been accused of robbing and murdering the polarizing rapper.

Are they saying that any murder suspect can demand the court to pay for experts whenever they want and the court does it ? Wtf !! It’s. It wrong genius. A MURDER suspsect may very well be innocent and in fact is to be treated as such until proven guilty. In most cases suspects can not afford to mount the legal defense required in order to defend their case. Even if they are guilty they are entitled to a fair trial. The state has an endless budget tonprosecute you and mourn evidence against you. It’s only fair a suspect has the same ability to mount a defense. Especially when his or her life is on the line.

Wrong is wrong, XXX didn’t have his day in court to defend himself or to be judged fairly by a jury of his peers. Let us not judge him on that but the guy Williams who was allegedly involved in XXX death is going to have his day in court as will the rest of the accused that were involved. So since we are only left with the ones accused then we will have to wait and see what the jury decides. If XXX hit that female ( pregnant or not) then YES that’s completely wrong and he has to answer for that but since he has passed now that day in court won’t ever happen.
