Wu-Tang Clan Plots “Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)” 25th Anniversary Tour

Wu-Tang Clan’s seminal album, Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers), was released in November 1993. To celebrate the upcoming 25th anniversary, the bona fide Hip Hop legends have started teasing a tour on their social media group account.

On Saturday (July 28), a video was posted to Wu-Tang’s Instagram account featuring live footage of each member — RZA, Method Man, Ghostface Killah, Raekwon, U-God, Masta Killah, Inspectah Deck, GZA and Cappadonna — rocking the stage.

Toward the end of the clip, it simply reads, “25th Anniversary Tour.”

While the details are scarce, the collective has already been doing shows in celebration of the album’s milestone.

On Friday (July 27), Wu-Tang performed material from the classic project at the Expo Hall in Los Angeles. The following day, they were in Canada as part of the Center of Gravity 2018 festival.

But that wasn’t all. Wu-Tang also shared another Instagram post announcing a deluxe edition of “Pearl Harbor” featuring the late Sean Price. The post, which shows off the cover art, promises a remix from DJ Mathematics and instrumental versions of the single.

“New LP for Pearl Harbor from Wu-Tang: The Saga Continues goes up on 36chambers.com for pre-sale next Wednesday,” the caption read. “Includes a brand new remix from @mathematicswu featuring Pharoahe Monch and Tek. #wutang.” [apple_news_ad type=”any”]

    Pre-orders begin on August 3.

    1. How long can you milk your only classic album for lol? Answer = apparently 25 years I guess. I bet 26 years come 2019 lol.

      1. GTFO…all their albums are CLASSIC. You don’t like WFu Tang then you don’t like HIP HOP. Peace to the whole Wu Family and affiliates…FOREVER !!!

          1. Uh yes. 36 Chambers, Tical, Liquid Swords, Return to the 36 Chambers, OB4CL, Ironman, Forever, Supreme Clientele, OB4CL2, No Said Date, The Pillage, Sunz of Man, Killarmy, etc… please call any track on any of these albums “bubblegum rap” stupid.

      2. You don’t know hip hop if you think they have only one classic! There is no hip hop group who made more classics!! Every album of the first round of Wu-Tang releases are classics – do your math

By the way “Wu-Tang Forever” is even better than 36 Chambers

    2. 25 years and still around to record new material and rock shows. In a genre that has a theory that rappers 40+ years old cant rap. They are legends and that is a great accomplishment. Wu tang again and again

    3. i cant believe this egocentric assholes are gonna be able to work with each other without going full diva mode

      1. I think you have them confused with another group. They’ve been touring on-and-off as a group for years. Shows are how rap artists make money. They’ve been doing it collectively and separately for the past 25 years.

    4. Only classic? Forever is right up there, and all of the first-run solo albums that featured clan members are pure classics.

    5. “I teach the truth to the youth, i say hey youth, heres the truth. better start wearing bullett proof.” r.i.p. odb. dude had some real knowledge in his verses if you where able to look through his antics. Ive seen wu live 3 times. the energy at their shows is crazy!
