Wiz Khalifa $1 Million Lawsuit Against Concert Promoter Dismissed In Court

    Wiz Khalifa has sued concert promoter, It’s My Party. According to a report from TMZ, the Taylor Gang’s leader alleges that the company agreed to pay him $85,000 for a show at George Mason University in Virginia. The report continues that the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania says the event without reasonable notice, and no pay.

    As a result, Wiz is suing It’s My Party for $1 million in damages, citing that his reputation suffered from the disappointed fans.

    TMZ obtained a reaction from the concert promoter. They allege that low ticket sales and lack of a signed contract negated the agreement, and thus the suit.

    There is no word on whether this lawsuit will go to court.

    UPDATE: TMZ has now learned that Wiz Khalifa’s $1 million lawsuit has been dismissed for failing to provide a signed contract.
