The first-week sales projections for new releases from Usher and Waka Flocka Flame have been revealed.
According to HDD, Ursh’s latest album, Looking 4 Myself, is slated to unseat Adele’s 21 from the top of the charts with 120-130,000 sold in its first week. It’s 200,000 copies less than his previous album, 2010’s Raymond v. Raymond.
Meanwhile, Waka Flocka Flame’s sophomore LP Triple F Life: Fans, Friends & Family will have a considerably smaller first-week run with a projected 25-30,000 albums expected to sell. His last album, Flockaveli, bowed with 37,000 copies sold.

Thank you for pointing out my comment. Usher went from selling over a million in its first week from Confessions, to barely doing over it total. Eventually, his albums may struggle to reach the success of his first album. His new business may come from signing artists to his label like that turned singer from a high voice, to a white Chris Brown soundalike, Justin Bieber.
Usher is no longer and R&B artist. He sold out to the masses. It’s all about dance music these days. He should have stuck to what made him famous. Never should have left Jermaine Dupri!

I totally disagree. I have heard the entire album and it is weak as hell. It is a piss poor attempt to make a ‘pop, radio friendly album’. This is NOT a good look. Very wack. I would actually advise anybody who liked his first album to NOT buy or even listen to this trash.
As someone that has heard Triple F in its entirety I have to say that album is fucking garbage. Straight up. Dude built himself on making bangers, street, anthems, gritty songs, and hype songs on Flockavelli then comes on here with pop songs and watered down tracks. It sounds like he listened to Strange Clouds, Careless World, and Roman Reloaded and tried to steal their blueprint. I don’t know what the fuck he was thinking, but no one wants this album. Hip hop purist will never take him serious, he will never be a B.O.B, Flo Rida, or Pitbull. Entire album is an act of futility. There are maybe three songs reminiscent of what fans were actually looking for here. Lurking goes hard tho. Only good thing about the album really.
