Tyler, The Creator fans will be happy to learn that the Odd Future rapper appears to be teasing the long-awaited return of his annual Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival.
The Grammy Award-winning creator dished out the message during an animated appearance towards the end of Kendrick Lamar and Baby Keem‘s new video “The Hillbillies.”

Tyler stops by around the 2:30 mark, where he’s seen sitting on the front bumper of a vintage car outside Dodger Stadium while sharing a laugh with Kendrick and Keem.
He then flexes some of his custom jewelry and flashes a badge to the camera that reads: “Camp Flog Gnaw 2023,” seemingly confirming the return of his L.A. festival after a four-year absence initially due to COVID-19.

In October of last year, Tyler, The Creator’s longtime manager, Christian Clancy, announced to Billboard that the Grammy Award-winning artist was postponing Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival again due to Tyler simply needing a break after juggling his Call Me If You Get Lost Tour and various creative ventures.
“It’s really not that deep,” Clancy said. “Tyler toured all year and was busy with a number of projects. Reading the tea leaves and what’s happening with festivals coming out of the pandemic, we thought it would be best to come back next year.”
Camp Flog Gnaw was launched in 2012 as a festival extension of Tyler, The Creator and Odd Future’s creative vision, complete with fairground rides and games, food vendors and A-list artists.

In other Tyler, The Creator news, he recently revealed that he has a clause in his will prohibiting any unheard music being released after his death.
Tyler made the revelation during his intimate concert at L.A.’s El Rey Theatre back in April, where he performed his latest project The Estate Sale for the first time.
The show was filled with many memorable moments, including a run-through of an unreleased song called “Penny,” which Tyler revealed was the first track he recorded for Call Me If You Get Lost and is a freestyle over Rich Boy’s “Throw Some D’s.”
“Some of these are so good I can’t just let ’em sit on my hard drive,” Tyler told the crowd moments before diving into the song. “Because I have in my will that if I die, they can’t put no fucking post[humous] album out. That’s fucking gross, [they’ll get] like some random feature on it, some n-gga I didn’t fuck with.”
