Trinidad James will not be facing charges after being arrested in a Batesville, Mississippi Holiday Inn for allegedly smoking marijuana in his room, TMZ reports.
Last week, the Panola County Police Department responded to a hotel staff complaint that marijuana odor was coming from the room and arrested the rapper.
In November, Trinidad Jame$ garnered attention by discussing the state of New York Hip Hop.
