Tony Yayo unleashed a verse discussing several current events during his introductory bars on Funkmaster Flex’s show on New York radio station Hot 97.
“Sha Money [XL] helped me get my first house,” he raps, “50 helped me get my first Bent’ / Money well spent / Now they don’t talk.”
In June, 50 called Sha Money XL soft and crossed him out of a picture.
Another 50 friend-turned-foe, Floyd Mayweather, is also brought up in the verse.
“Sometimes I wish 50 and Floyd talked / Sometimes I wish Biggie and ‘Pac talked,” he raps.
Mayweather and 50 have been at odds, particularly dissing one another more frequently recently regarding money, reading and philanthropy.
Throughout his verse, Yayo also discusses how time has created change for several people in the limelight, including former G-Unit deejay, DJ Whoo Kid, who Yayo says he only sees in nightclubs.
In April 2014, Whoo Kid discussed fighting with 50 Cent.
In his verse, Yayo also reveals that he once helped French Montana with lawyer money before congratulating him on his success with Puff Daddy’s Bad Boy Entertainment. “Congrats, homie. Get your money,” he raps.
While discussing several people he’s encountered throughout his career in Rap, Yayo also touches on Dr. Dre.
“Beat a homie up for Dre and I never got a beat,” he rhymes. “Not the headphones, never got a beat.”

Yayo killed that freestyle and so did Kidd Kidd.
Yayo always spits that real life gangster shit.
G-UNIT ARE ON FIRE – HATERS ARE SO MAD THEIR COMMITTING SUICIDE
stans/groupies & “haters” (overused ass word) can both drop wont be missed
The lunacy of this Yoyo sour because Dr Dre didn’t want to waste a beat on his ass, nigga you better thank Dre for the little bit of career you once had because your Boss was signed to Em who was signed to Dre so they wrote your checks you Butler ass nigga.
You reachin bro.
Dre is sitting on thousands of beats no one is ever going to hear he could have hit Yayo with a throwaway for protecting him… Shows what kind of man Andre is though… no loyalty.
Would you want Tony Yayo on one of your beats if you were a producer? Nobody asked Yayo to jump in that crowd and start throwing chairs, Young Buck stabbed the nigga with a fork and he aint crying over a beat….Yayo must be hurt that Dre gave Ross two beats and a verse but won’t even return Yayo’s phone calls.
Actually Ross has never rapped over a Dre beat and never will. 3 kings and mafia music 3 were not Dre beats.
Actually Ross gt something even more rare than a Dre beat he got a Dre verse something that was missing on 50s last two albums.
Bink!, who also references DJ Khaled in his breakdown, described to XXL how his Mafia Music III beat went from a tentative Detox placement to its final form on Mastermind. Well it’s crazy, Bink!, said, it started over a year ago; I did the record for Dr. Dre, for Detox. Dr. Dre hired Ross to write his verse for him. So Ross wrote a verse for him and a verse for himself, and then he was supposed to put Rihanna on the hook. But, you know, Dre never revisited the record, and then Ross came back about a month and a half ago and wanted the record for himself. So I had to ask the Good Doctor for clearance. I actually made it WITH Dre; I was in Vegas with Dre working on it at the time. They brought Ross in later.
Actually, Khaled called me. He was just ranting and raving about Ross’ versehis exact words were, ‘Ross caught the Holy Spirit.’ He kept saying that Ross had caught the Holy Ghost, ‘We gotta have that, we gotta have that.’ So I was like, you know, I gotta call up Big Homie and see if he’ll let it go, ’cause I knew he was back in Detox mode again. I didn’t know if he was gonna hold onto it or not this time around.
Bink! also reported that he hasnt heard the latest version of the song. Dre was basically like, ‘Ask him to send you a copy of the record, and if you like it, I’m with you. I’ma let you make the call.’ Which is flattering to me, but at the same time that’s what Big Homie told me. So I called them, they sent me the record, which they was very nervous about, because of course these days for some reason, when you send a rapper the music, they feel like their lyrics is worth more than the beat, and they don’t send the song back.
I still have yet to hear it,” Bink! said. “‘Cause when I heard it, it was just Ross and Mavado, but now they added Sizzla to it, so I still haven’t heard Sizzla’s verse. There’s a serious disconnect, to be honest with you, with the music. It’s not like it used to be.

50 got a DRE beat in 2012 and another one in 2014, if you look up his production catalog you would see how rare that is these days for anyone to get a DRE beat
Another 50 Cent article? Damn when did this become G-UnitDX? You so called editors are riding their nuts awfully hard. They’re finished. How many times must I tell you all this? Nothing but has beens who tried to copy off of Beyonce and releasing a surprise album and completely failed. That is all.
50 is outworking everyone as usual. Now that he’s free to release music whenever, he’s like a dog off the leash.
When Ross does a press run you dont seem to complain.
This 50 Cent press run has been more about Floyd Mayweather than it has the EP. When Ross goes on a press run its all MMG, Belaire, Reebok, Mcigs, WingStop and Stalley.
Commercial niggaz really be on that hood shit, they ain’t gonna speak truth to power.
Not saying the genre is gonna stay black but wheres the balance, where the new wutangs, NWAs its time for a paradigm shift in the message being displayed and representative of black people in general
this nigga went off. i never knew yayo had it in him to spit like that
yayo killed that freestyle..howcome he can never do that on a track?
because kidd kidd took his title so now he gotta step it up
he goes in but you probably dont listen to his mixtapes
G Unit was a terribly ran label for an artist as big as 50 was, poor Yayo went Gold but only got a chance to drop 1 album. Lloyd Banks got dropped from Interscope after his second album and Buck did too.
that label still had more success than most rappers will ever see
How many rappers on that label have seen success after 2005?
even the least successful g-unit artist post 2005 is still living better than you
40 Glocc got a Dre beat. Papoose got a Dr Dre beat. Slim Thug had a Dre beat.
That nigga made a beat for Shaq but not the nigga who had his back…? Dre ain’t a real nigga.
That Slim Thug joint w/ the Dre beat is ill though.
Are you talking about that “I’m Back” beat with Devin the Dude?
Funny how Slim Thug dropped it and went with a Mr. Lee beat instead (in my opinion, rightfully).
the message is cute and all but them bars are garbage
let me help out the rick ross interns.
your friend stole his entire life from someone else, he was a probation officer and now rhyming like hes hard
never had a hit by himself, always needed features, needed puffy to pull for him in the industry,
and its morbidly obese and non marketable. hes a fraud.
gunit and 50 ran hiphop for almost 8 years in a row.
they have more hits more album sales, and people respect them
just stop it you look funny
Worrrrrrdddddd
Tony Yayo another old washed up rapper crying for attention with attention-seeking lyrics mentioned here. Look at the pic, looks like he’s holding a damn cane, old ass. Probably shaking during the pic. Got those old people shades that cover the peripheral visions from sun glare. Foh.
Yayo spit hard, every artist seeks for attention, how can you be famous if you talk to your self? You have to prove yourself and gain the fans who lost you by spitting real shit. Don’t hate or try to be negative about a brother tryingm cause you failed.
Did u jerk off to his pic and how u know he was holding a cane faggot
Real talk of NY!
I make up to USD90 an hour working from my home. My story is that I quit working at Walmart to work online and with a little effort I easily bring in around USD40h to USD86h Someone was good to me by sharing this link with me, so now i am hoping i could help someone else out there by sharing this link…

“Beat a homie up for Dre and I never got a beat,” he rhymes. “Not the headphones, never got a beat.”
now you back with 50. wtf is wrong with you yayo?
Ummm him and fif are like brothers? Without fif Yayo would most likely be dead or in prison….just a couple thoughts there
Tony Yayo a real nigga for saying all that right in front of Fif.
It was never his “realness” or loyalty what concerned people, but his wackness on the mic.
Although I think Dre should have given him a beat, it’d had nothing to do with rapping abilities.
go listen to him freestyling on ebro in the morning, funk flex or la leakers dawg
first time i actually enjoyed a yayo verse, i feel like his the first time he is being real on a record, probably the first time he got allowed to say what he really wanted to say
