Other names appearing on the project set to arrive April 21 include A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Fivio Foreign, Bandmanrill and Scar Lip.

“I started as a Djay in the Bronx. Everything just happened so fast,” Swizz Beatz can be heard saying over the track. “You’re either going to pay with money or pain.”

“This is not a warning ! It’s already tooooooo late [sweating bullets emoji] 4/21 !!!!!!!!” he captioned the post.

According to a press release, the project, slated to drop on April 21, is part of Mass Appeal’s Hip Hop 50: The Soundtrack initiative, commemorating Hip Hop’s 50th birthday.

Earlier this week, the Grammy-Award winner shared the cover art and tracklist with songs like “Runway” (Feat. Nas) and “Take Em Out” (Feat. Jadakiss, Benny The Butcher & Scar Lip) at the top of the list.

This makes for the second collab between Lil Wayne and Swizz Beatz this year alone, as the pair partnered up in February for the former’sTha Carter VI single, “Kan’t Nobody.” The late DMX is also featured on the song, with his 1998 classic “N-ggaz Done Started Somethin” being sampled on the beat.

Swizzy and Weezy likely won’t be connecting on the Verzuz stage this year, however, as Swizz recently shot down the idea of a matchup between Lil Wayne and fellow Hip Hop heavyweight 50 Cent.

After Apple Music host Lowkey shared his thoughts on a hypothetical Verzuz battle between Weezy and the G-Unit mogul last month, the topic went viral on social media.

Talking to Baller Alert that same week, Swizz explained why he wouldn’t entertain the idea of a duel of sorts.

“Me personally, I wouldn’t even do 50 vs. Wayne — they two different dynamics and two different artists,” he told the outlet.

“I would do a different Verzuz for both of them, but we’ll see as we have a lot of things lined up for Verzuz, and hopefully, they are involved. While I can’t give up who I would choose to go against them, just wait and see.”
