Snoop Dogg and Afrobeats star CuhDeeJah have joined forces on the latter’s new bouncy summertime single, “Bad Mama Jama” — check it out below.

The accompanying video — directed by Daniel Curtis Lee — follows CuhDeeJah and two other ladies, who are portraying maids, as they arrive late at a beautiful mansion owned by the singer.

As the video continues, Snoop meets up with CuhDeeJah and the pair kick it together as they rap.

The song itself is a remake of Carl Carlton’s 1981 funk classic “She’s a Bad Mama Jama (She’s Built, She’s Stacked),” which spent 21 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 and earned a Grammy nomination for Best R&B Vocal Performance, Male.

“Bad Mama Jama” comes shortly after CuhDeeJah wrapped her 2 Miles Ahead Southern Hospitality Tour and follows her previous single “Energy,” which dropped earlier in May and featured an appearance from Black Snoop.

As for Snoop Dogg, the West Coast rap legend experienced some petty vandalism at his Funko Pop! store in Inglewood, California last week, which opened in January after Funko announced a partnership with The Doggfather at the end of 2022.

The brick-and-mortar location features a mural of Snoop outside the store, donning one of his signature all-blue outfits — a nod to his affiliation with the Crips.

In photos shared on social media, the vandals appeared to have spray painted over Snoop’s blue outfit with red paint — the color donned by the Crips’ rival gang, the Bloods.

Snoop Dogg’s partnership with Funko includes a line of Snoop-themed Funko Pop! and GOLD figurines capturing the many different sides of the West Coast rap icon, including jerseys of his favorite sports teams: the Los Angeles Lakers and Pittsburgh Steelers.

“This new store stays true to who I am as an entrepreneur and rapper,” Snoop previously said of the new shop in a press release. “I can’t wait for my fans to experience, touch, and feel it. Once you see it, it’s like no other thing in the world. Tha Dogg House will blow your mind.”
