Saucy Santana and Akademiks have a storied history of beef, so it comes as little surprise that the former has something to say amid the media personality’s recent rape allegations.
Taking to his Instagram Story on Wednesday (May 15), Santana pointed out how Akademiks was quick to assert that the allegations against Yung Miami in the lawsuit against Diddy had to be true, yet expects people to believe the new lawsuit accusing him of both rape and defamation is a lie.

“6ix9ine freaky bitch! Nasty tail!” he began. “And what would make you think we believe that it’s fake lawyers? What would make you think we believe that these is fake headlines? But when it was Caresha bitch, the word was bond. It was no muthafucking way!”
He continued: “Pink cocaine and all this other weird ass shit, but bitch we supposed to believe that shorty lying on you? I don’t think so. Not gon’ happen. Midget dick bitch! Sitting down all muthafucking day. You just smell like sat! Sat! Been sitting in that muthafucking seat!”

According to court documents obtained by HipHopDX, Akademiks (real name Livingston Allen) was sued in Essex County, NJ, by his ex-girlfriend Ziya Abashe. The case was filed on Monday (May 13) by Abashe’s attorney, Tyrone Blackburn.

In the suit, Abashe alleged that in July 2022, Akademiks invited her to his house, where two of his friends drugged her, got her forcibly drunk, and raped her. Following that, she recalls “being awakened naked in a bed in what she believed was Mr. Allen’s bedroom. She believes this was around 4 a.m. She was awoken by Mr. Allen savagely, pulling her hair, prying open her legs, and…brutally raping her.”
Subsequently, Abashe reported the alleged rape to the police, after which she alleged that Akademiks began defaming her good name by accusing her of participating in an “orgy” with the two men while denying his participation.
Addressing the claims on his Rumble channel on Wednesday (May 15), Akademiks denied the allegations while threatening to bring down the entire rap industry.
He said: “I can’t talk about too much because I’ve paid lawyers to handle shit in court. These people who are coming at me are hoping that I fuck that up by handling it on social media. The police want nothing to do with this. They’re saying there is no crime.”

Ak then insinuated that the lawsuit was filed due to his reporting on Diddy‘s legal troubles as Abashe shares a lawyer with the mogul’s sexual assault accuser Lil Rod.
As for his history with Saucy Santana, the pair exchanged words and even a diss record late last year after Akademiks made a number of negative comments about the City Girls, calling them “non-talented” and claiming their musical buzz had “fizzled out.”
