Safaree Samuels To Meek Mill: “You Dream About Drake Numbers In Your Nightmares”

Safaree Samuels dropped “Lifeline” today (July 28) on TMZ. The song is a diss track aimed at Meek Mill and Samuels’ ex-girlfriend Nicki Minaj.

“You dream about Drake numbers in your nightmares / But ya’ll hating on me and my little career,” raps SB on his diss track to Meek Mill.

“Lifeline” follows Meek Mill accusing Drake of not writing his own rhymes on “R.I.C.O.” and a few other cuts on If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late

It was later alleged that Drake’s ghostwriter was Quentin Miller, who subsequently denied the claims.

Drake recently addressed these accusations on his own diss track, “Charged Up.”

Safaree also accuses of Nicki Minaj of not writing her lyrics and that he was a ghostwriter for a lot of the cuts on The Pinkprint.

“This nigga bent outta shape with a gorilla face/ My bars on The Pinkprint no one will ever match,” Safaree raps and then wishes Nicki good luck on her next project, “Now that I’m gone, good luck with them punchlines/ Sincerely yours, Safaree, flatline.”

Nicki Minaj denies having a ghostwriter and at a recent “The Pinkprint Tour” stop gave a speech saying, “No bitch ass nigga has the intellect to write for me.”

Safaree only has an A&R credit and no writing credits on The Pinkprint.

The stream to “Lifeline” is as follows.

    1. Now we know its true. He wrote her shit. Watch her change her flow. The voices the, tempo changes, clearly its true. If course he signed on for getting the AR credit, that was his Boo. Nicki girl Meek gonna ruin you. You were already losing with that character attitude, so you brought it back to Earth. Good move. Now cut the zero before you fuck up your commas. Find a nice guy and a new ghostwriter and keep your bread up. Think Eve not Kim.

      1. No I came up with that on my own. I listened to the track. I had never heard him before. Not interested either way. Not a fan of hers or his but not a hater either. I listened to the flow, the word play, the elementary metaphors, the voice changes and accents. Now it could also be that they were together and co wrote so they have the same flow either way. He was a bigger influence than A&R.

    2. This is garbage but I’m sure he helped her write. His flow and lyrics sounds a lot like how she sounds, so.. I’ll be checking for a drop off lol.

    3. i hate to say it but i knew this would happen. how else would safaree remain in the lime light? i know he won’t read this but if he was, i’d like to tell him: dawg, your song is GARBAGE! you’re not a good rapper. you don’t have the confidence, the voice, the presence, the aura, the swag, whatever you wanna call it. you’ll never be successful as a rapper. there’s a thousand examples of people who was nice with the pen but didn’t have what it took to be a star. i was sympathetic because what you had with nicki was real. she’s just using meek. stop tryn’ to hang on to the past and do you, god will work the rest out

      1. EAT A DICK U LITTLE NICKI GROUPIE
SONG IS NOT GREAT ITS AIGHT BUT NOT GARBAGE FUCKIN CLOWN GO LISTEN TO YOUNG HOMO THUG WHILE SUCKIN YOUR BOYFRIENDS DICK U FUCKIN HOMO

    4. Safari has the exact flow as Nicki Minaj. Nicki could have delivered that track and it would have sounded authentic. Safari just can’t deliver on tracks.

    5. Your a lying bitch Nicki, Safaree just proved he has the intellect to write. Safaree was just waiting till they angered him enough to spill all the beans and to prove her wrong. He kept quiet for a long time. That’s why Safaree was always in the background, always writing for her. Jump on it Safaree.

    6. If Safaree sells out and structure a deal with the heavyweights like Greenwald David Geffen or Jimmy Iovine he could spit all the teas about Nicki then it’ll be a wrap for Bish lol

    7. Who’s the bitch nigga, cause I know it ain’t Safaree. Nicki, I love you, but Safaree isn’t a bitch nigga. His song sucks, but he’s not a bitch nigga.

    8. For some reason, this situation is really striking a nerve with alot of people. Especially the people who remember when this chic was uploading music on MySpace, looking for a deal. That “bitch ass nigga” put his own career on hold and knocked himself down to hypeman because he was loyal and believed in her, and this is what she does?
